Delivery was one hour late I had to wait to take my tablets as I need to take them with a meal

Arrived 80 minutes after ordering. Was Luke warm, had to re-heat the food. Prawns rubbery, chicken tough and overall a disappointment. Considering we use the Royal often, tonight was a real let down, especially when ordering the set meal rather than just sundries etc.

I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was so burnt my son didn't want to eat it but being a typical teenager didn't complain but waited till I got home to moan at me

Meal wasn’t as warm as it could’ve been. Took over an hour to be delivered. Forgot nan bread brought it 40 mins later

Food was not good. Naan was so burnt it was crispy underneath and just broke up. Hardly any doner meat. Asked for Belgium choc ice cream and got some other flavour. Disappointing.
